TRACE is a CICL initiative that identifies and promotes the use of scientifically based practices and models for improving child find, early identification, referral, and eligibility determination for infants, toddlers, and young children with disabilities and their families eligible for participation in Part C Early Intervention and Part B(619) Preschool Special Education Programs.
