Goals
The goals of the Center for Improving Community Linkages are:
- Conduct research reviews and syntheses informing the development and implementation of asset-based and capacity-building community linking practices.
- Engage in research studies to test and evaluate the effectiveness of practices linking children and families to desired community resources and supports.
- Develop practice guides and methods based on research findings and syntheses that emphasize the characteristics of practices associated with optimal positive benefits.
- Implement and evaluate methods and procedures for promoting adoption of these evidence-based practices.
- Disseminate and promote utilization of evidence-based community linkages practices.
